二日酔い Hung over…

あ～なんで私は時々飲みすぎてしまうんですかねキモチ悪い…今朝、頭痛、胃のムカつき、ダルさで虚ろになりながら目がさめました。飲みに出かけるのは好きなんですが二日酔いはごめんですね…昨夜、私は友達と一緒にthe Surf Coastersというカッコいい日本人サーフバンドが演奏していたシアトルにあるとあるバーに行ってきました。私は、あまりこういったタイプの音楽には興味がなかったのですが、結構良かったです お客さんの年齢層も様々で、色々な人が彼らの音楽を楽しんでいました。ハワイアンTシャツを着た男性がなぜか多かったですね

調子に乗ってマルガリーターを飲みすぎてしまい、今はかなりキモチ悪いです。二日酔いです…。酔っ払っちゃうとダメですね。もう飲まないことに決めました!!(といっても、次の飲み会までですが…。)　お茶や水を飲み、ひたすら横になるぐらいしか二日酔いから逃れる方法はない気がします。なぜだか私は、普段そんなに飲まないコーラが二日酔いの時は無償に飲みたくなるんです。皆さんもそういうのありますか? どうやって二日酔いを治しています?　何か良い方法があれば教えて下さい☆

Ah why do I drink too much sometimes?  I feel bad!  I woke up with a headache, a queasy stomach, tired and no brain!  I love going out though, last night we went to a bar in Seattle where a cool Japanese surf band, the Surf Coasters, was playing.  I’m not really into that kind of music but they were great.  There was a really mixed crowd, all kinds of ages and types of people in the audience.  There were a lot of guys wearing Hawaiian shirts!

But I drank far too many margaritas and now I feel bad!  I have a hangover.  I am hung over! I shouldn’t get drunk – I am never drinking again (well until next time!).  There just seems to be nothing that can cure a hangover except lying down and drinking lots of tea and water (and I have a strange craving for Coca Cola which I don’t really like normally).   Let me know if you have a hangover cure!
