“bastard”と 同じような意味を持つ単語に“asshole”というものがあります。

“asshole”の意味

失礼 / いじわる / 難しい / 傲慢、横柄な人という意味です。簡単に日本語にしてしまえば、ろくでなし、くそったれといった感じでしょうか。

誰かに対してイライラしていたり、怒っている時にこのスラングを使います。

このスラングは決して上司の目の前では使わないように!!(まぁみんな影では使っていますが…)　後、友だちなどの両親の前でも使わないように気を付けたほうがいいです。この単語は失礼な表現だけど究極に失礼とまでは言いがたいレベルです。もし前に”fucking”を付けると物凄く失礼で無礼な言い方になります。例:You fucking asshole!　このアホ ボケが!(もっと汚い感じの意味です。日本語にはないですね…)

例文:

John is an asshole for cheating on Cindy. 　Cindyに隠れて浮気していたなんてJohn は最低な男だ。

My boss is such an asshole!　うちの上司はろくでなしなんだよ!!

That asshole stood me up.　あのくそったれが、私との約束をすっぽかしやがった。

We looked at bastard yesterday, as we look at names you might call men, and we have looked at women’s names such as Bitch in previous posts.

A similar word to bastard would be asshole. Again the meaning is someone who is rude, mean, difficult or arrogant.  Basically you use asshole when you are annoyed or angry with someone.   Don’t use asshole to your bosses’ faces (although many people might say it behind their backs!) and most people’s parents wouldn’t like it.  It is rude, but not extremely rude (if you want extremely rude add in fucking – you fucking asshole!). If you want to learn more about using fucking as an adjective, I have an earlier post on it. Generally it is used for men.

Examples:

John is an asshole for cheating on Cindy.

My boss is such an asshole!

That asshole stood me up.

fuck + 名詞 = 怒っている時、単語を自分で作って彼氏を呼んでみよう!

英語バージョン

We looked at exclamations before, where you use English slang phrases using the word fuck to show your anger, pain, annoyance etc. in English conversation.  Now let’s look at calling people names when you are angry with them.

The situation
You are really angry with your boyfriend as he forgot your anniversary/left the house in a mess/missed a date.  Fuck is a really good word you can add (or on its own) to call him something bad:
Some examples:

You could get creative and make up your own original names to call him.  You won’t be speaking everyday English but you will be having fun (at his expense) and will be original.

Fuck + noun = name to call your boyfriend when angry

Some Sarah originals are (and these have no real meaning – they just feel good to say):
Fucktool     Fuckdick     Fuckcock

So make up your own if you feel like it, and remember for made up words, just make sure you say them loudly and confidently.
